Morning Swim Show: NCAA Meet Changes Earned Matt Tallman Accolades

PHOENIX, Arizona, May 28. NOTRE Dame's associate swimming head coach Matt Tallman joins today's edition of The Morning Swim Show to talk about the work he's done to improve his team, and the NCAA championships.

Tallman was named CollegeSwimming.com's rising assistant coach of the year, primarily for his work in restructuring the NCAA championship selection process. He talks about the five-year journey to change the way swimmers are chosen to swim in the championship meet, and the response he's received from coaches. He also talks about his team's performance this season, which included a record number of swimmers at the championship meet and a victory in the team's final Big East conference meet.
