Morning Swim Show: Failed Suicide Attempt Created New Goals for Bob Needham

PHOENIX, Arizona, August 29. BOB Needham joins today’s edition of The Morning Swim Show after nearly completing a swim across the English Channel, to talk about the true purpose of the swim that goes beyond making it from England to France.

Needham talks about the circumstances that led to him trying to cross the English Channel twice in August, and what led to him being unable to compete the journey. The English Channel was the third in a series of challenging open water swims that he says were part of a goal to raise money and awareness for suicide prevention. He knows the dangers of suicide personally, as he attempted suicide about 12 years ago. Be sure to visit SwimmingWorld.TV for more video interviews.
