Morning Swim Show: Dominique Bouchard Put Full Focus on Final NCAA Meet

PHOENIX, Arizona, May 1. DOMINIQUE Bouchard joins today's edition of The Morning Swim Show to relive the thrill of placing second in the 200 backstroke at the NCAA championships.

Bouchard talks with host Jeff Commings about being a part of one of the fastest fields in NCAA history, and almost breaking 1:50 in the event. The NCAA championships was her prime focus the entire season, and the Canadian native says it was one reason why she decided not to attend the Canadian world championship trials. She says the US Open will be her focus meet this summer, and it could launch her into a postgrad career that could turn into her next goal: representing Canada at the Olympics.
