Mitch Larkin Cranks Out 3rd-Fastest 50 Back This Year 24.73

Mitch Larkin moved to third in the world in the men’s 50-meter back at the 2016 Australian Nationals.

Larkin turned in a winning time of 24.73 to move behind Camille Lacourt (24.67) and Junya Koga (24.71) in the rankings.

Bobby Hurley finished second tonight in 25.07 to move to sixth in the world, while Joshua Beaver finished third in 25.25.

Ben Treffers (25.36), Gede Sudartawa (25.37), Zac Incerti (25.46), Ryan Pini (25.55) and James Traiforos (25.90) also competed.
