Michael Phelps Talks Exclusively With SwimmingWorld.TV

PHOENIX, Arizona, August 21. SHORTLY after the conclusion of the prelims session today at the 2010 Pan Pacific championships, Michael Phelps spoke exclusively with SwimmingWorld.TV producer Garrett McCaffrey about a myriad of topics that involve his preparation for the 2012 Olympics.

Among the things Phelps discusses is his sprint training, which has included a new dryland program that has helped him post the fastest 100 freestyle in the world. He also tells McCaffrey who made the decision to enter him in the 400 IM at the Pan Pac meet and what he will take away from the meet in terms of picking his schedule for the 2012 Olympics and getting motivated.
