Michael Phelps Returns To USA Nationals In Day 3 Heat Sheet

Michael Phelps is riding a huge wave of momentum after last night’s world-best 200-meter fly. Phelps popped off a 1:52.94 to seize a national championship and the top spot in the world. Today, he returns for 100-meter fly where he is seeded first with a 51.17. Over at the FINA World Championships, Laszlo Cseh will be swimming the final of the 100-meter fly today as well. Cseh clocked a 50.91 in prelims, providing Phelps a competitive target for his swim today.
