The final day of USA Nationals is upon us in San Antonio. For three straight days, Michael Phelps has drawn the world’s eye with three straight world-best swims. His streak of world-topping swims will more than likely end today as Phelps competes in one of his weakest events, the 200-meter breast. Phelps is placed in the circle-seeded heats with a 2:15.46, nearly seven seconds behind to top seed Michael Jameison.

If anything, it will be a fun race for Phelps and for fans to see how he well he can do in his off-event.

Today’s events include:

Women’s 100-meter Free

Men’s 200-meter Back

Women’s 200-meter Breast

Men’s 200-meter Breast

The women’s 100-meter free could see an interesting battle between Allison SchmittAmanda Weir, and the 50-meter free champion Madison Kennedy. It’s hard to completely discount Kelsi Worrell, too. The American Record-holder from Louisville has been tearing up San Antonio.

In the men’s 200-meter back, Jacob Pebley is the top seed by over a full second. Meanwhile, Annie Lazor and Laura Sogar are looking to make their marks as the prominent United States breaststrokers.
