Michael Phelps Competes at North Baltimore Christmas Meet

ANNAPOLIS, Maryland, December 11. SUPERSTAR Michael Phelps might as well have been Santa Claus at the North Baltimore Christmas Meet by providing those in attendance with a few fun swims tonight.

He clocked a 1:33.14 in the 200-yard free with splits of 21.83, 23.45, 23.71 and 24.15. The swim is not far off his personal best of 1:32.08 set while swimming for Club Wolverine back in 2005.

Phelps then checked in with a 47.28 for the 100-yard fly after going out in 22.19. His best in the event is a 45.40 from last year.
