PHOENIX, Arizona, July 7. THE July issue of Swimming World Magazine features a workout card contributed by Masters of South Texas' coach Susan Ingraham.

The workout includes practice plans for waking up the week on Monday, an IM plan on Tuesday, some distance work on Wednesday with some recovery and fun work the rest of the week.
