Longhorns Look Back on Orange-White Meet: “We Learned a Lot Today” (Video)

AUSTIN, Texas, October 2. THE University of Texas’ intrasquad meet is a tradition that dates back to the 1930s, when Tex Robertson was head coach of the men’s swim team, and this year’s event allowed the team to learn about the skills that need work this college season.

In the video below produced by the Texas athletic department, assistant coach Kris Kubik talked about the goals of the meet and what he and the men’s squad learned from the experience. Juniors Clay Youngquist and Will Chandler also offer their thoughts on the competition.
