JR Rosania’s Speed and Power Training for Sprints

PHOENIX, Arizona, November 5. JR Rosania, of JR HealthPlex, has Travis Anderson and Daren Brubaker demonstrate two speed and power exercises to enhance fast twitch muscles for sprinting.

In the above video, Anderson performs an explosive box push-up while Brubaker performs a resistance band box hop. Rosania recommends swimmers do three sets of 10 repetitions of each exercise two times a week during taper training.
