Jonathan Kaplan, Andrew Rogers Join YOTA Coaching Staff

RALEIGH, North Carolina, August 23. YMCA of the Triangle (YOTA) Swim Team will welcome two new coaches when the new season gets underway, as Jonathan Kaplan and Andrew Rogers join the team’s coaching staff.

Kaplan joins YOTA from the Davis Aquadarts, where he assisted with the team’s senior program. He also served as the Associate Head Coach at NOVA of Virginia Aquatics, and swam collegiately at Florida State. Kaplan will now serve as Assistant Director of Competitive Swimming and the primary coach of the team’s Gold group.

Rogers comes to YOTA from SwimAtlanta, where he worked with both age group and masters swimmers following a successful collegiate career at the University of North Carolina-Wilmington. Rogers will lead the Silver group at YOTA.
