INCHEON, South Korea, September 24.  JAPAN’s Kosuke Hagino has been making some considerable noise at the 2014 Asian Games.  He’s already won four gold medals along with a silver and a bronze, and there’s still two more days left in the meet.

Hagino, who is on record as saying that he can be the Japanese Michael Phelps, has been on Swimming World’s radar for quite some time.

Here’s a look at some of the best imagery our photographers have captured of the man.

Before Sr. Hagino equates himself with the GOAT let him set just a single world-record let alone win an Olympic gold.

Admittedly Hagino’s had a great year and is an outstanding swimmer.

But there’ll NEVER be another GOAT unless Michael Andrew’ steps up his game considerably.
