Israel Announces Six Swimmers, Two Coaches for 2012 London Olympics

ISRAEL, June 19. ISRAEL's swimming federation has announced that six swimmers and two coaches will represent the nation at the 2012 London Olympics.

Gal Nevo and Nimrod Shapira Bar-Or are a pair of veteran Olympians who will be returning to the Olympics. Meanwhile, four rookies also made the squad. Yakov Tomarkin, Yonatan Kopelev, Imri Ganiel and Amit Ivri also made the Olympics.

They will be coached by Dr. Leonid Kaufman as the head coach, and Hanan Shterling as the assistant coach.
