Industry News: FINIS Hires Australian Open Water Champion and Canadian CIS Champion

LIVERMORE, California, May 17. FINIS, the Worldwide Leader in Technical Swimming Development is proud to announce two additions to the company. Luane Rowe and Davis Wuolle have accepted positions at FINIS Headquarters in Northern California and continue to increase the swimming and technical skills within the company.

Luane Rowe has won the Waikiki Rough Water swim three years in a row. Luane was also the 2009 Long and short course 1500m Freestyle Australian Open silver medalist. Coming to the US from Sydney Australia, Luane regularly competes in open water and ocean swim events worldwide. With Luane's Industrial Design skills and open water swimming experience she is an excellent contribution to the FINIS Product Development Team" according to John Mix, President and CEO.

Davis Wuolle studied Materials Engineering, developed websites and swam at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, Canada. As a member of the UBC Thunderbirds varsity swim team, he trained with breaststroke coach Jozsef Nagy and won a CIS Championship in 2009. Davis will make an excellent contribution to the Web Development team at FINIS.
