LAUSANNE, Switzerland, April 18. TSE Consulting, the specialized sports consultancy firm, announced today that it is furthering its international reach with the opening of a new US office to be located in Indianapolis. This office will be headed by Director Dale Neuburger, an American based consultant.
This new US expansion is geared towards North American cities interested in developing long term sport strategies and hosting of international sports events. It also aims to strengthen the link between North America and the International sports world.
Dale Neuburger, who has been appointed as Director for this new office, is the former President of the Indiana Sports Corporation (ISC), and currently acts as the President of the United States Aquatic Sports Federation and as Vice President of FINA, the international federation for aquatic sports. During Neuburger’s 12 year tenure at ISC, Indianapolis’ amateur sport strategy brought more than two billion dollars in incremental economic activity to the city. Indianapolis also hosted over 200 successful events of national and international significance, including three International Federation world championships. He was also instrumental in the efforts to relocate the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) and National Federation of State High School Associations (NFHS) to Indianapolis.
Commenting on the expansion, Lars Haue-Pedersen, Director of TSE Consulting, said: “The US market is largely important to international sports and with a solid base now in Europe, TSE is looking to continually further its global reach and we are pleased to have an experienced consultant such as Dale now leading these efforts in the US. This is another exciting expansion for TSE and we are looking forward to sharing even more news soon.”
Dale Neuburger, Director of TSE Consulting Indianapolis, said: “Many US cities have begun to recognize the potential of hosting international sports events. With a strong link to where many of the decision makers in international sport sit in Europe, TSE Consulting has a lot to offer the American market. TSE has chosen a great hub for this expansion as Indianapolis is renowned for its success in hosting events and is the home to four USOC national governing bodies as well as over a dozen important sports related organizations.”
TSE Consulting, in addition to Indianapolis, currently has offices in Bahrain, Beijing, Lausanne, and London.
