Indiana vs. Purdue

BLOOMINGTON, Indiana, January 22. TAKING nine event titles, the Indiana women’s swimming and diving team continued its dominance over rival Purdue with a 166.5-133.5 dual meet victory Saturday afternoon at the Counsilman-Billingsley Aquatic Center in Bloomington.

The win gives Indiana a point in the race for the Smithville Crimson and Gold Cup.

“It is always nice to get a win,” said head swimming coach Ray Looze. “I thought Margaux (Farrell) and Taylor (Wohrley) had a fantastic meet. We had a lot of seasonal bests even though we are still working hard with a focus on the end of the season. I think our depth really helped us today, which will be important as we head to the postseason.”
