Men’s 200 free: Ryan Lochte scratches out of third. Michael Wynalda moves up to championship heat. Charlie Houchin scratches out of 12th and Michael McBroom scratches out of 16th so Trent Williams, Darian Townsend and Steve Schmuhl all move to B final.
