Fort Collins Girls Lower Own 15-18 200 Medley Relay National Age Group Record

The Fort Collins Area Swim Team lowered their own National Age Group record in the girls 15-18 200 medley relay this weekend. Swimming at the Speedo Sectionals Iowa City the squad time trialed the 200 medley relay and snuck .01 under the national mark.

The team of Baylet StewartZoe BartelColeen Gillilan, and Kylee Alons set the old mark of 1:38.85 at Speedo Winter Junior Nationals-West in December. This weekend they improved that to a 1:38.84.

The middle of the relay was the big difference here. Bartel improved by two tenths while Gillian dropped under the 24 second barrier this weekend.
