Eugene Godsoe returns to his keyboard for another musical performance video, this time taking on Taylor Swift’s megahit Blank Space.” Godsoe’s performance tones down the energy of Swift’s original track while keeping the original lyric and substituting pop beats for a more plaintive piano performance.

Godsoe has been working on building a future career in music, releasing several original compositions while traveling the world for swimming and serving as assistant volunteer coach for the Stanford men’s swim team. The two-time butterfly national champion won multiple medals in the FINA World Cup and the short course world championships in 2014.

Look for Godsoe in the pool next month at the Arena Pro Swim Series in Mesa.
