Matt Biondi and Tom Jager have accomplished a feat that no male swimmer has ever equaled. They are the only 2 men that have won Olympic gold medals in the same event in 3 consecutive Olympics: the 400m freestyle relay at the 1984, 1988, and 1992 Olympics.
