Brazil’s Cesar Cielo is enjoying where Brazil is going when it comes to putting together a 400-yard free relay at the 2016 Rio Olympics.

Cielo explains that relays are not typically great for Brazil, but the country is definitely looking towards trying to build it up for a podium placement.
