PHOENIX, Arizona, December 6. THIS month's edition of the Swimming Technique section in Swimming World Magazine takes an inside look at the Upper Main Line YMCA swimming program.

Click play below for a multimedia look Inside Swimming World Magazine as presented by The Morning Swim Show's Peter Busch:

In this issue, an insightful question and answer interview with head coach Glenn Neufeld is presented. Neufeld has coached on many different levels and talks about why he prefers coaching at a YMCA. In addition, readers will get a chance to learn about Neufeld's coaching philosophy, the challenges of training a wide range of talent, and how he manages to foster a love of swimming in his younger athletes.

The second half of the December Swimming Technique section presents a How They Train segment on YMCA National record setter from Upper Main Line, Evan Reed. Evan, who currently swims at the University of North Carolina, is a 100 percent product of the Upper Main Line program having started swimming at the Y when he 6 years old. Also in this How They Train section are sample sets that outline Reed's training regimen.
