Coach Paul Graham is in his 13th year as head men's and women's coach at Ashland University in Ohio. With his leadership, the NCAA Division II team continues to improve each season and has been ranking in the top 10 in the DII Learfield Director's Cup standings the past four years.

In the article, written by longtime Swimming World Magazine contributor Mike Stott, Graham discusses recruiting, administrative structure and the training regime he built for the Ashland Eagles.
