GOLD COAST, Australia, August 16. DURING the Team USA media day at the Pan Pacific Championships, the Aussie media swarmed the Greatest of All Time Michael Phelps.

This 7-minute interview features a bit different of a Phelps take compared to the standard American-driven “I’m just having fun” responses that we have been hearing the past few months.

Phelps is still getting used to some of the newcomers on Team USA, as plenty has changed in just two years since the 2012 London Olympics. Phelps is also taking on more of a leadership role, as he’s moved up from being a 15-year-old National Teamer to being nearly 30.
