Auburn Men, Florida Women Top CSCAA Polls

PHOENIX, Arizona, October 21. THE first editions of the College Swimming Coaches Association of America dual-meet polls have been released and Auburn (men) and Florida (women) sit atop the rankings. The Tigers secured seven first-place votes and totaled 198 points for their No. 1 nod. As for the Gators, they also collected seven first-place votes and 198 points.

Auburn was followed on the men’s side by Stanford (189) and Florida (184), which garnered the other vote for the top position. Michigan (173) and Arizona (169) sit fourth and fifth and California (160) and Texas (159) are slotted sixth and seventh. For the women, Florida was followed by Auburn (191) and Georgia (179). Stanford (171) occupied the fourth slot and Arizona (168) was fifth, just ahead of UCLA (154).
