Arizona’s Geoff Hanson Discusses NCAA Relay Strategy (Video Interview)

Editorial coverage by SpeedoUSA

INDIANAPOLIS, Indiana, March 30. THE University of Arizona has put a lot of thought into who will swim in the prelims of their relays at the men's NCAA Division swimming and diving championships, and associate coach Geoff Hanson talks about that strategy in detail in this video interview from the meet.

Hanson says everyone knows that relays are a vital part of the championships, and putting 100 percent into each swim is required and essential to reach the required goal. For prelim swimmers, it means putting the team in a lane in the final, and for the finals swimmers, it means racing for gold.

More video interviews from athletes and coaches are available now on NCAA event landing page, so be sure to check back often for more from the deck at the IU Natatorium!
