INDIANAPOLIS, Indiana, June 28. JEFF Commings is joined by special guest Tejal Parmar on today's edition of Race Day to talk about the emotional night of competition at the IU Natatorium.

Parmar, who will be a Swimming World correspondent at the FINA world championships, traveled from London to watch some of the best in the world compete, and she gives her perspective on the meet from her place in the spectator seats.

Conor Dwyer's false start in the 400 free was just one of the talking points of tonight's show. Katie Ledecky's lifetime best in the 400 free, Missy Franklin's US Open in the 100 back and David Plummer's redemptive win in the 100 back also top the highlights of a memorable evening.
