PHOENIX, Arizona, July 8. AMANDA Weir, the former American record holder in the 100 freestyle, joins The Morning Swim Show to talk about her preparation for this week's world championship trials.

Weir, an Olympic silver medalist in both sprint relays in the 2004 Olympics, relives her American record swim, done at the 2006 nationals and how she mentally prepares for her races.
