LONDON, England, August 4. EN route to becoming the greatest Olympian of all time, Michael Phelps turned in quote a remarkable meet with a total medal tally of six — best among all swimmers. FINA presented him with a special trophy at the end of the meet calling him the Greatest Olympic Athlete of All Time.
