SAMMAMISH, Washington, January 3. KOMO-TV is reporting that inspirational 2008 U.S. Paralympic swimmer Marin Morrison passed away on Friday at the age of 18.
Morrison, who competed at the Paralympics in Beijing after "a near fatal stroke and a fourth brain surgery" in the spring, succumbed Friday morning to brain cancer.
