Diana Nyad won't be the only swimmer on TV next month after the announcement of a new character on BBC America's hit drama Orphan Black.

In the show, Tatiana Maslany plays a young woman who finds out she is a clone, with Maslany playing all the clones to perfection. Entertainment Weekly has an exclusive look at the newest member of the "Clone Club," a teacher and swim coach named Jennifer Fitzsimmons.

While it's not clear how big of a role Fitzsimmons will have in the show, she mentions being "pre-Olympic" in the 200m backstroke earlier in life and is surrounded by swimming posters and trophies in the brief clip.

Nyad's Dancing With the Stars gig will obviously be more prominent, but Orphan Black's dedicated fanbase and critical acclaim (Maslany scored a Golden Globe nomination for her role in season one) could stir up more interest in swimming when the second season premieres on April 19.
