Swimming World Magazine’s Aquatic Halloween Costume Contest

PHOENIX, Arizona, October 30. WE are hoping that everyone plans on having a ghoulishly good time this Halloween season. With the spookiest holiday of the year fast approaching, Swimming World is holding its first-ever Halloween Costume Contest! We are challenging you to make a unique aquatic themed Halloween costume. As long as the costume is water related, anything goes. Stand out this Halloween…go overboard (pun intended)!

How to Enter:

Tweet, Facebook or E-mail (newsmaster@swimmingworldmagazine.com) us a picture of your aquatic-related Halloween costume before 6 am Pacific time on Monday, November 4. Please include a line of text with your name, e-mail address and the city and state you are from.

Voting and Prizes:

Swimming World will collect the submissions and vote on the favorite. The individual — or team, we won’t place limits on the contest! — voted the BEST costume will receive a FREE 1-Year Subscription to Swimming World Magazine, a Swimming World T-shirt AND will have his/her/their picture shown on Swimming World TV’s new show “The Week That Was.”

We will contact the individual or team winner via e-mail prior to running their costume picture on “The Week That Was.”

Additionally, the top five costumes will be shared in a photo-centric article on SwimmingWorld.com and on our Facebook and Twitter pages.

So… what are you waiting for? Think of the best aquatics-related costume idea, take a photo of it and send it to us like a heard of swimming zombies is chasing you into the nearest lagoon!
