FINA Posts List of Final Qualified Relays for 2012 Olympic Games

LAUSANNE, Switzerland, June 12. EARLIER today, FINA posted its list of invited relays for the 2012 London Games.

The United States leads all countries with four of the top six seeded entries in the men's 800 free, men's 400 medley, women's 800 free and women's 400 medley relays. Australia owns the top time in the men's 400 free relay, while The Netherlands has the top time in the women's 400 free relay.

Plenty of countries have a full slate of relays (Australia, Canada, China, Germany, Great Britain, Hungary, Italy, Japan and Russia), while teams such as Iceland, Belarus, Serbia, Denmark and Kazakhstan earned relay spots as well.
