CHARLOTTE, North Carolina, May 17. CHASE Kalisz, who topped the 400 IM last night by a wide margin, is looking for some more time drops in his 400-meter IM.

Kalisz, who cut some serious time at NCAAs to set the American record with a 3:34.50 in the 400-yard IM in March for Georgia, is working with Michael Phelps on strategy for the 400 IM going into the summer.

It is obvious that Phelps is beginning to transition into a bit of an assistant coach-in-the-water role at NBAC after listening to Kalisz.
