MESA, Arizona, April 24. MESA native Breeja Larson raced the 200 breast in front of a hometown crowd tonight at the Arena Grand Prix in Mesa, Ariz., and after the race she talked about getting into long course racing after a successful collegiate season.

Larson also said her goal in Mesa is to find the excitement in swimming, which she still has after setting an American record in the 100 breast at the NCAA championships, but with the season going all the way to mid-August (and possibly later, depending on her performance at nationals), she is anxious about setting up for a longer season than usual.
