CLEARWATER, Florida, March 26. JUST one week after setting five short course national age group records at the National Club Swimming Association's junior nationals, Michael Andrew started off the National Age-Group Swim Association's Junior National Championship Cup with another record.

The 14-year-old professional swimmer posted a 1:45.29 in the 200 IM today, breaking his 13-14 national age group record of 1:47.42. Andrew swam that time in prelims at last week's NCSA junior nationals, then scratched the final to focus on the 50 free final.

The difference in the races were the butterfly and freestyle legs, which Andrew drastically improved tonight.
