LAS VEGAS, Nevada, September 24. WE can't go a day without finding out about a new project Ryan Lochte is taking on. Up next: a possible cameo on Saturday Night Live, as reported by MTV News.
Last week, Seth McFarlane stirred up the swimming community with a less-than-flattering parody of Lochte while hosting Saturday Night Live. Apparently, Lochte got a call from SNL producers after the sketch, offering him a cameo role.
Lochte admits that they did call, but that the nature of the appearance is still in talks. And while he's been riding the media circuit hard these past weeks, Lochte implies he will be slowing down soon to focus again on his training.
"Well, hopefully next week I can [do the sketch], if it doesn't interfere with my training," he told MTV News.
Recently, Swimming World Magazine commented on the publicity Lochte has been bringing to the sport of swimming. Do you think Lochte should take on an SNL Cameo role?
