Gary Hall Sr., Dick Shoulberg, Matt Kredich and More Discuss VASA Trainer Benefits In SwimmingWorld.TV Video From ASCA Clinic

LAS VEGAS, Nevada, September 18. SIX of the greatest minds in swimming gathered recently at the American Swimming Coaches Association's world clinic in Las Vegas to talk about the VASA trainer and the unique ways it can improve swimming performance, and that panel discussion is brought to you today by SwimmingWorld.TV!

In this four-part video series, we hear from American coaches Gary Hall Sr., Dick Shoulberg, Matt Kredich and Jack Fabian on how the VASA trainer has helped their swimmers get faster in the pool. Shoulberg offers some of the most unique training techniques on the VASA trainer, combining it with other dryland stations at Germantown Academy, while Kredich and Hall use it to work on proper technique. Fabian works on distance swimming endurance for the majority of his VASA Trainer work with swimmer. Additionally, Russian national team head coach, Andrei Vorontsov, and sport science physiologist Genadijus Sokolovas offer their opinions on using the VASA trainer, using science to explain its benefits.
