Ryan Lochte Set to Appear on New Time Magazine Cover

PHOENIX, Arizona, July 19. JUST a few weeks after becoming one of the few men to grace the cover of Vogue Magazine, as well as appearing on the front of Men's Health and Men's Journal, Ryan Lochte is about to take center stage on the new Time Magazine cover.

Set to appear on newsstands tomorrow, the cover photo shows Lochte swimming backstroke, and was revealed today by Time Magazine. The magazine will feature previews of many storylines to watch at the London Olympics, including the in-pool rivalry between Lochte and Michael Phelps.

Time released three separate covers for American readers. The other two feature gymnast Gabby Douglas and hurdler Lolo Jones. Lochte will also appear on the only cover presented to readers in South Pacific countries.
