Albiero and his Cardinals had a great 2013-2014 season, with the women placing 15th and the men 11th at the NCAA championships. Albiero talks about his young squad that learned from the past season, and how it could help get the squads higher in the national ranks. This despite losing multiple NCAA champion Joao de Lucca. This summer Albiero and his coaching squad has the difficult task of getting athletes peaked for multiple events around the world, which he said is not much different from the challenges he faces during the collegiate season.
