PHOENIX, Arizona, May 12. AFTER three months without a swim meet, Nathan Adrian is excited to be racing again, and on today's edition of The Morning Swim Show, he talks about using the U.S. Masters nationals as a step in his road to the bigger meets in August.

Adrian also said he wishes he was able to say he tied his American record in the 100-yard freestyle, but mentioned he had no expectation of being that close to his lifetime best at this point in the season. He also talks about traveling to Europe this summer for the Mare Nostrum series and what he expects to learn from racing there. Also in this show, Adrian talks about his involvement with the USA Swimming Foundation's Make A Splash national tour and what he likes about teaching young kids to be water safe.
