PHOENIX, Arizona, March 20. U.S. Masters Swimming national champion Siphiwe Baleka joins today’s edition of The Morning Swim Show to talk about his new role with helping the organization get more adults in the pool.

Baleka is the ambassador for USMS’ Adult Learn-to-Swim Month in April, a role he acquired from his full-time job as fitness advisor for long-range truck drivers at Prime Inc. He talks about his program to keep truck drivers’ metabolism up after long days on the road, and gives three tips for staying active after a long day sitting at a desk.
