PHOENIX, Arizona, February 4. OLYMPIAN Matt Grevers participated in a photo shoot for upcoming issues of Swimming World Magazine to showcase his technique in backstroke and butterfly, and on today's edition of The Morning Swim Show he discusses what he works on to be better in both strokes.
Grevers said his backstroke start changes often, depending on the pool he's racing in, noting that the backstroke grips and the touchpad situation are big factors in determining his placement on "Take your marks" and how he explodes off the wall. He also talks about butterfly training, and his need to mix up his strokes during workouts to keep things fresh. Today's show also features exclusive above-water and below-water video footage of Grevers in action!
