Morning Swim Show: What Was Joe Schooling’s Goal Time for 100 Fly Record Swim?

PHOENIX, Arizona, November 15. NATIONAL high school record holder Joe Schooling joins today’s edition of The Morning Swim Show to relive the experience of resetting his national high school record in the 100 butterfly.

Conditions were not ideal for Schooling’s chase for the national record, and he talks about how his international experience helped him deal with the rain and cold on the day of his swim. Schooling is getting ready for the Southeast Asia Games, and he talks about getting ready for the switch from short course to long course racing. Now that he’s signed with the University of Texas, Schooling talks about what compelled him to pick Austin and what head coach Eddie Reese said to him after his record swim.
