Morning Swim Show: Select Camp Helped Upper Valley Aquatics Understand Sport Psychology

PHOENIX, Arizona, November 4. TODAY’S episode of The Morning Swim Show features the head coach and top swimmer from the Upper Valley Aquatic Club in Vermont, reliving the experience of attending the USA Swimming select camp.

Athlete Hannah Cox talks about the toughest set she did at the Olympic Training Center and how she adjusted to training at altitude. She also discussed what she learned from the classroom talks. Her coach, Dorsi Raynolds, was able to attend the camp and learned so much in her separate educational track. She talks about why the subject of sports psychology intrigued her and how she continues to use it with her athletes at UVAC. Be sure to visit SwimmingWorld.TV for more video interviews.
