Morning Swim Show: Kylie Stewart Relished Time as Junior Worlds Team Captain

PHOENIX, Arizona, October 10. TODAY’S edition of The Morning Swim Show features a conversation with junior world champion, national team captain and future Georgia Bulldog Kylie Stewart.

Though Stewart has attended meets at the University of Georgia many times as a member of Dynamo Swim Club, she said she never got the opportunity to explore the campus until her recruiting visit. She said she thrives in a team environment, something she learned about herself while acting as team captain at this summer’s junior world championships. Stewart won the 200 back there, and she talks about that day of the race and how having Dynamo head coach Jason Turcotte there helped her nerves.
