PHOENIX, Arizona, July 8. TODAY'S edition of The Morning Swim Show features an extensive interview with U.S. national champion backstroker David Plummer.

Plummer, who won the 50 and 100 backstrokes at the USA Swimming nationals recently, found a bit of redemption in his wins after just missing out on a spot on the world championship team. He talked to the media after his 100 backstroke win about racing the French co-world champions Jeremy Stravius and Camille Lacourt and how he has been recently motivated by an upcoming addition to his family, and how having friends and family cheering him on in Indianapolis inspired him.
