PHOENIX, Arizona, July 3. FRANK Busch, USA Swimming's national team director, talks about USA Swimming's priorities in the post-Olympic year on today's edition of The Morning Swim Show.

In addition to making sure the top athletes are taken care of through programs such as the Athlete Partnership Agreement and prize money at the Arena Grand Prix, Busch said he's working to make sure coaches at the age-group level are supported to bring the young talent through the ranks. He also discusses his thoughts on how some of the Olympians have performed this year, and what he thinks of two of the meet's top breaststrokers, which he recruited to attend the University of Arizona before he took his post at USA Swimming.
