PHOENIX, Arizona, February 8. ON today's edition of The Morning Swim Show host Tiffany Elias talks to USA Swimming's Chief Marketing Officer, Matt Farrell. Farrell talks about the future of the sport of swimming, including some USA Swimming initiative to increase involvement in the sport amongst all age groups.
Farrell discusses the challenges swimming faces without the industry of larger sports like football. However, he also notes that the spike in interest the sport sees every Olympic year has not dropped off as severely in 2013 as it has in the past.
